Job description
Our job to be done as marketers in this role is to inspire customers to consider Walmart as their value and convenience destination. This position will support campaign leads across our price and same-day campaigns, as well as managing grocery integration into select strategic and evergreen campaigns. You will partner cross-functionally with retail merchants, site merchandising, peers in marketing planning and strategy, as well as paid, owned, and earned media channel teams to create and execute marketing plans for our business.
The ideal candidate has experience in digital marketing and performance optimization. This role requires a detailed marketer who is also an analytical rockstar and can handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
The position is located in Bentonville, AR and would require you to work in the office for 3 days.

Key Responsibilities:
Campaign support role across Same Day and Price, helping manage product lists, CRM briefs and photography needs for these campaigns
Advocate for Food across marketing, leading in brief creation across CRM and social, working with relevant teams to align on intake priorities
Align on the strategy, input on creative development (where relevant), manage execution, and analyze and optimize performance of owned channels
Responsible for weekly and seasonal reporting to our cross-functional teams, gathering data and assets to share out to invested parties
Approve food supplier assets that leverage the Walmart brand
Manage any in-store photo shoots across food partners
What You’ll Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field and 1 year's experience in marketing or related field OR 5 years'
experience in marketing or related field
3+ years of marketing experience (category experience is a plus)
Analytical thinker – ability to dive into performance, make recommended optimizations and positively impact performance
Excellent creative judgment and ability to work with creative teams
Collaborative personality with strong teamwork skills
Able to navigate a matrixed organization, and to influence peers who may not report to you.
Executive presence, ability to communicate with senior-level executives
Preferred Qualifications:
5+ years of marketing experience (category experience is a plus)
