Job description
We are looking for an experienced Coating Engineer to join our dynamic Optics team. You will be responsible for leading the development of novel coating processes and maintaining the integrity of existing coating processes. As a Coating Engineer, you will be responsible for developing new coating processes to meet customer specifications and ensuring quality control of the production process. You will work with a team to optimize process parameters for maximum efficiency and performance. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise within the coating process.
Must have experience in:
- Optics / Optoelectronic Coating
- High Vacuum thin-film evaporation technology
- III-IV Materials
This position offers a competitive salary of $110,000 - $140,000 annually, as well as a generous benefits package that includes, Vacation/PTO, Medical, Dental, Vision, Bonus, and 401k. Additional benefits may include performance bonuses and other perks.
