Salary: $145,000 - $180,000 DOE

Are you a dedicated and experienced Attorney with a strong background in Workers Compensation Defense? We are currently seeking a skilled legal professional to join our esteemed law firm. What You Will Be Doing

- Represent clients in workers' compensation cases, providing expert legal counsel and defense strategies.
- Conduct thorough analysis of case facts, review medical records, and gather evidence to build compelling defense cases.
- Prepare and file legal documents, including petitions, motions, and responses, in a timely manner.
- Attend hearings and mediations, effectively advocating for clients' interests.
- Engage in settlement negotiations and collaborate with opposing counsel when appropriate.
- Keep clients informed of case developments and provide regular updates.

What You Need for this Position

- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in the state of California.
- Minimum of 3 years of focused experience in workers' compensation defense.
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices.
