Job description

Healthcare Talent Support is actively seeking a passionate Internal or Family Medicine Physician to provide care to active duty Military and their family members in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Highlights:

• Any active and unrestricted license to practice

• 1099 / contractor

• Medical Malpractice - Federal Torte Claims Act

• Monday - Friday schedule with no on-call or after hours

• Lots to do and plenty of time to enjoy! Beaches, boating, golf, museums, and much more.

Schedule:

• 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm

• No on-call or after hours

• Closed on Sundays and Federal Holidays.

Responsibilities:

• 12 to 14 in scheduled visits per day
• 3 to 4 virtual scheduled visits per day
• Will have an assigned patient panel
• Support staff includes LPN and lead RN
• Credentials and security process – primarily worked directly by the VA but can obtain approval quickly when all documents received – typically within 14 days
• On site: lab, radiology, podiatry, optometry, pulmonology

Qualifications:

• Board certification in Internal or Family Medicine

• Any active state license

• Current BLS and ACLS

• Active DEA registration
