Job description

Fainting Goat Gelato in Seattle is looking for a Production Lead to join its team. Fainting Goat Gelato is located on 1903 N 45th St. Our gelato makers get 10% of overall tips . This tips share total about $8000 a year .

Responsibilities

• Clean and prep ingredients
• Prepare Gelato base
• Follow recipes
• Operate Gelato machinery
• Maintaining inventory tracking
• Exceeding cleanliness standards
• Good with numbers and measurements
• Must be flexible with schedule during Summer months
• Able to stand on feet during entirety of shift and lift 50 lbs with ease

Qualifications

• Food Handlers Permit
• Understanding of basic Inventory Tracking
• Experience in a high performance environment
• Previous Kitchen experience required
• Self Motivated
• Clean
• Team Player
• Problem solver
