- Understand and excuites safe food handling and sanitation practices set by the Health Deparment
- Be able to follow written recipes
- Be able to cook and plate menu items acording to company standards
- Be self motivated and work well as a team
- Must be available weekends
Skills
- Have at least 1-2 years full line cooking experience Saute, Broiler, Flat Top, Grill, Fryer and Pantry
- Be professional in a busy fast pace enviroment
