We are an established and expanding wealth management firm looking for a Client Service Associate or Back office Service Associate, to be a part of driving the success of our clients nationwide and helping advisory teams in all aspects of wealth management.

What You Will Be Doing

- Cultivating and enhance new and existing relationships with active communication with clients, processing client requests, and resolving inquiries.
- Preparing for client meetings by collecting financial information, completing various financial analysis, and creating presentation materials for meetings.
- Coordinating the deployment of investments for client allocations and portfolio rebalances to include executing and reconciling trades as directed by Senior Wealth Managers.
- Maintaining and tracking prospect and client engagement in the relationship management system.

What You Need for this Position

- Previous Client Service Associate Experience or similar
- Previous Customer Service Experience

- Bachelors degree.
- Minimum of 2 years serving wealth management clients or other relevant industry experience.

Must be located in Pittsburgh, Blue Bell, Hermitage, Lancaster, Berwyn, Doylestown, or Camp Hill, Pennsylvania
