Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our team at Stardom Employment Consultants LLC. In this role, you will be responsible for providing tax planning, compliance, and consulting services to our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their unique tax needs and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and review individual, corporate, and partnership tax returns

- Conduct tax research and analysis to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws

- Provide tax planning and consulting services to clients

- Identify and implement tax-saving strategies for clients

- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and address any tax-related questions or concerns

- Assist with tax audits and respond to inquiries from tax authorities

- Keep up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations

- Mentor and train junior tax accountants

- Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive financial services to clients

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

- CPA license or Enrolled Agent certification

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in tax accounting

- Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously

- Proficiency in tax preparation software and Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience with tax planning and consulting preferred

- Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail

This is a full-time position located at our office in Fresno, CA.
