A Technical Support Engineer position in Hagerstown, MD is currently accepting applications. This is a 6-month contract position. Technical Support Engineer work focuses on providing specialized technical assistance to dealers and stakeholders in order to facilitate resolution to complex product technical concerns and workshop tools. This position typically requires 8 years or more of relevant experience.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Managing large projects or (end to end) processes with limited oversight from manager
- Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals
- Problems faced are difficult and often complex
- May provide onsite training for customer support personnel
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be proficient in hydrogen infrastructure, hydrogen refueling stations, hydrogen bulk storage facility design and construction, US and international fire codes (especially NFPA 2, NFPA 55, NFPA 70), automotive lab equipment selection.
- Needs to be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and have a background in Project Management.
- Needs to be skilled in interacting and lead Request for Quote activities with hydrogen suppliers
- Requires 8 years or more of relevant experience
