Job description

Performance Health is seeking a Product Marketing Manager, New Product Sales to join our team. In this role, you will oversee development of marketing campaigns and sales strategies to successfully introduce and achieve sales targets for assigned new products. Essential Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesPosition select new portfolio to customers, develop a business strategy, and maximize business opportunities and sales. Meet and exceed sales and orders volumes for select new portfolio at the target prices in assigned accounts/territory. Prepare annual territory sales budget in collaboration with Sales leadership, including forecasting sales and orders, analyzing customer data, and maintaining records and documentation within appropriate systems. Reviews and approves product-specific data sheets, promotional publications, presentations, advertisements, or brochures, ensuring that product value propositions are clearly and effectively communicated. Provide on-going feedback to management, product teams, services, finance, and marketing. Develop & implement Go-to-Market plans, marketing materials and sales training content in collaboration with cross functional teams to achieve results Develops and administers launch plans for new or revised products, creates and administers strategies for increasing market share of existing products, and assists in retirement and communication planning for product decommissioning. Evaluates performance of marketing initiatives and revises strategy in response. Participates in planning of sales promotions or other special events, such as conferences, trade shows, or user meetings.Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and trends including competitor products. Represent product line as a subject matter expert for sale team to include ride alongs and at trade shows, KOL visits, scientific meetings, and industry working groups.Performs other duties as assigned Job Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field7+ years of experience in sales or marketing; preferably in a healthcare industry Experience marketing or selling to supply chain and clinical customer preferredProven track record in launching new products to hit sales targets Understanding of GPOs and IDN knowledge strongly preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.) Experience working cross functionally to achieve resultsAbility to travel 50-75% of the time, including overnight travel BenefitsOur benefits include healthcare; insurance benefits; retirement programs; paid time off plans; family and parenting leaves; wellness programs; discount purchase programs.This is a full-time position with a base salary range of $120,000 - $125,000 plus benefits.
