Responsibilities:
Responsible for utilizing evidence-based therapeutic models within the context of a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the delivery of quality behavioral health services to patients and families.

Provides behavioral health support, education, and supervisory services to colleagues, Health System departments, and to other providers and agencies as needed.

Qualifications & Education Requirements:
Master's Degree

Experience:
Relevant Experience

Certification and Licensure:
PA State License, LCSW, LPC
PA Driver's License
BLS Certification

Required Skills
Computer Skills to include use and navigation.
Excellent Communications Skills
Excellent Interpersonal Skills
