Job Description:
As a communications specialist for Client Integrated Solutions Group you will research write and edit communication materials for use in various media to support the overall communications strategy for Clients Smart Connected Factory Program.
You will:
Plan edit and manage publications and other communication products including Powerpoint slides Yammer posts email communications videos and podcasts
Provide communications support to the Smart Connected Factory Program Team
Manage the Smart Connected Factory Sharepoint Site
Edit video of both meeting recordings and presentations for distribution within the company
Plan and coordinate events for the Smart Connected Factory Program and the Manufacturing Technology Leadership Team including quarterly summits and annual facetoface events
Support activities to masscommunicate updates to over 60 factories worldwide
What skills you need:
Experience with the above listed communications media
Experience in video collection and editing (preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Suite
Effective writing skills
Knowledge of various communication styles such as design editing photography videography web marketing and advertising
Major Purpose:
Manages the strategies for ow of product information across all customer segments and channels to ensure the communication of a consistent message that aligns with the strategic plans and key business objectives. Develops and disseminates information related to training strategies for products across all segments. Oversees the development of various publications and other communication products. Researches and analyzes external market data and provides recommendations to management. Ensures clear delivery of business messages and value propositions to all segments and channel partners.
Major Duties:
Develops the content and maintains the consistency of messages delivered through marketing
communications. Collaborates with segment managers to ensure appropriate content is captured and disseminated across segments and channels that aligns with business objectives.
Plans develops and executes communication of product information across all market segments and products and appropriately aligns communication for multiple channels partners.
Captures analyzes and disseminates competitive intelligence information to utilize in market and strategic planning.
Organizes and monitors trainings to ensure consistent and cohesive message is communicated across all business segments. Arranges customized training for target audience.
Collaborates as directed with business partners to gather de ne and document business requirements to help understand customers channel partners or stakeholders needs.
Oversees the production and/or distribution of marketing communication materials.
Provides strategic counsel to business unit or division management on communications issues.
Skills Abilities Knowledge:
Knowledge of dealers and other channels.
Understanding of market segmentation and retail distribution systems.
General business knowledge with an understanding of the various divisions of the company.
E ective writing skills including grammatical usage persuasive copy and style.
Knowledge of products customers markets and competitors.
Broad based business sales and marketing skills.
Education:
Degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience. University Degree (4
years or equivalent)

Work Experience:
Marketing experience. (1 3 years)
Experience with Marketing enterprise customer acquisition and customer support processes.
(1 3 years)
Gathering market data using research tools; applying statistical analysis principles/methodologies to make recommendations. (1 3 years)
Field sales and/or product support experience. (1 3 years)
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. (Medium Projects)
