Job description
Are you seeking to enhance your financial practice by increasing production and earnings? Do you possess extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with annuities? If so, we have an ideal opportunity for you! Join our team as the designated annuities specialist, where you can augment your financial services practice. Your role will involve assisting fellow advisors in comprehending the wide array of annuity options through in-person training, personalized coaching, and collaborative projects. Compensation includes a modest base salary coupled with additional earnings from joint projects and amplified annuity sales. Moreover, you will qualify for a comprehensive benefits package encompassing health benefits like medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, along with retirement savings plans.
Responsibilities:
- Promote annuity products within our firm internally to advisors
- Collaborate with other advisors by providing training, annuity solution strategies, and joint work
- Nurture and build your own book of business
- Working with firm leadership to grow the overall annuity business
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years prior experience in financial services
- US Work Authorization
- Series 7 and 66 preferred
- Knowledge of annuity products and solutions
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Willingness to collaborate and work on-site
- Prospecting and lead generation background
