Your deep data science expertise and consulting mindset, coupled with an original approach to your work will help clients and stakeholders make sense of their data and encourage actionable results. We're looking for someone like you to lead complex data exploration and analytics projects through your experience with modeling and simulations in support of cyber operations. You will be focused on facilitating wargaming efforts, shaping force structure requirements, and supporting operational planning.

As an advanced data scientist and researcher on our Strategic Innovation team, you'll learn and apply innovative modeling and simulation methodologies to make a real-world impact on how our cyber forces man, train, and equip for the future. You'll grow your skills in data science, AI, machine learning, operationalization, predictive modeling, and more. You Have:

• Experience with modeling and simulation in support of military applications
• Knowledge of cyber operations, cyber force structure, cyber threats, or cyber wargaming
• Knowledge of defense or intelligence data sources and analytic tools
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including threat vectors, vulnerabilities, and defense mechanisms, is crucial for analyzing cyber threats
• Ability to work independently and discover avenues for success
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications:

• Experience with modeling and simulation in support of military applications
• Knowledge of cyber operations, cyber force structure, cyber threats, or cyber wargaming
• Knowledge of defense or intelligence data sources and analytic tools
• Knowledge of cybersecurity principles, including threat vectors, vulnerabilities, and defense mechanisms, is crucial for analyzing cyber threats
• Ability to work independently and discover avenues for success
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering
