What you will do:
Drive customer utilization and adoption of Beacon's e-commerce software platforms through:
Conducting on-site customer and employee training to enhance capabilities.
Supporting the marketing team in developing and maintaining new and existing marketing channels.
Assisting local sales staff through driven tours as needed.
Becoming the resident expert on our suite of technology offerings.
Leading change initiatives to help customers develop and grow their business more efficiently.
Developing e-commerce capabilities for internal sales employees and branch staff via a certification program.
Setting up recurring order templates for customer convenience.
Employing consultative selling techniques to establish a trusted advisor relationship, understanding customer needs, and fostering engagement, alignment, desire, and acceptance of technology platforms.
What you will bring:
Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field, or 3 to 5 years of directly related experience.
1 year of experience with E-Commerce Platforms at the "End User Level."
Team player with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills (oral, written, and presentation).
Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills.
High ethical values and integrity; self-accountability for achieving goals and standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills across all organizational levels, including suppliers and external customers.
Comfortable with technology; high proficiency in common software and web applications.
Preferred familiarity with SalesForce.
