What you will do

 

Our Washington, DC team is currently looking for a Senior Inspector to join our team to work on the Northern Bus Garage project for WMATA!

 

Basic function and scope of responsibilities

This position is responsible for reporting directly to construction sites to observe and document contractor’s work conforms to contract requirements, maintaining project files/documentation, compiling and calculating quantities of work performed to be used in calculating monthly contractor payments, and interacting with clients on a regular basis. Possesses skills to acceptably supervise RPR and Inspector level staff, and others.

Additional Notes

Other duties may be assigned as necessary. Work outdoors year-round and sometimes in difficult weather conditions. May be required to work in confined spaces. Travel to work sites for an extended period of time may be required. Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to independently travel and be physically present in the office or at a client site.
