Job Summary:

As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. Duties include:

- Handling inquiries from homeowners, customers, agents, and brokers with professionalism and efficiency.
- Processing real estate applications and contracts, with a focus on upselling where appropriate.
- Managing various contractual changes and updates, including renewals, cancellations, and billing.
- Ensuring accurate documentation of customer interactions and maintaining updated customer records.
- Staying informed about company products, industry trends, and procedures.

Requirements:

- Previous inbound call center sales experience preferred.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of home warranty sales functions.
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of the real estate or mortgage industry is advantageous.
- Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.
