Salary: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

- Establish and set up the Farmers Insurance agency within a designated territory.

- Network within the community to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.

- Deliver outstanding customer service experiences to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

- Recruit, train, and mentor agency staff members, including sales representatives and customer service personnel.

- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

- Monitor agency performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

Successful background check results.

Acquisition of Property, Casualty, Life, and Health licenses.

Completion of the University of FarmersĀ® agent training program.

Establishment of an approved office location.

A minimum of two licensed and appointed agency staff members on a full-time basis.
