Job description

We are looking for a highly analytical and dynamic individual to join our Citi Retail Services (CRS) Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team as part of the broader CRS Finance team. The well matched candidate will provide insightful financial and strategic support focused on guiding senior management within the business towards making key decisions on how to generate and drive revenues, return growth and expense opportunities over the short and long term. The role is a critical one on the team supporting forecasting processes, financial reviews and partnering with US Personal Banking FP&A to support stress testing (CCAR) and multi-year forecast cycles. The candidate will have responsibility for spearheading CCAR/quarterly multi-year projection process and is expected to help CRS with the model rationalization. The role provides strategic support to senior management including preparing business reviews and financial presentations for senior leadership and regulators. The candidate is also expected to engage and support critical re-engineering and redesign of existing processes and systems which will be part of the overall Transformation efforts.

About CRS

Citi Retail Services (CRS), with Assets of nearly $50B, is a leading provider of consumer and commercial credit card products, both private label and co-branded, to national and regional retailers and their customers across the U.S. It also provides retail industry expertise, including transaction data analytics, fully integrated marketing and loyalty programs and advanced digital capabilities. The business services over 70 million accounts for a number of national brands, including The Home Depot, Best Buy, Sears, Macys, Tractor Supply and Wayfair. This new role as CRS Lead Analyst role is expected to plan and execute Capital Planning / CCAR / FP&A activities to produce financial projections for CRS credit card business within USPB and work closely with CRS product teams and Corporate FP&A. The role reports to the CRS FP&A Manager and is part of USPB Finance organization.
