Project Accountant
Location: Sandy Springs/Buckhead

Key Responsibilities :

1. Process and review payment applications from subcontractors, purchase orders, and invoices across multiple projects.
2. Set up new projects effectively in the system.
3. Input all subcontractor payment applications and purchase orders into the designated system.
4. Conduct a thorough analysis of job costs and project budgets.
5. Process monthly owner pay applications and vigilantly track their payment status, initiating follow-ups where necessary.
6. Oversee the weekly processing of vendor payments.
7. Ensure the invoice approval protocol is strictly adhered to by the project team, and verify timely payment processing in line with contract terms.
8. Collaborate with the team to streamline the job closeout process.
9. Maintain effective communication channels with Project Managers, Senior Management, and Administrators.

Qualifications :

• A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the Construction or Subcontractor sector.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Demonstrated organizational skills with a strong emphasis on follow-through.
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

Compensation : A competitive base salary ranging between 65k-85k, contingent upon experience, supplemented with performance-driven bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package.
