Job description
Title: Lab Technician
Location: Spring, TX 3 Days onsite role
Fulltime
Responsibilities are as follows:
Support FW Engineering team for field issue reproduction and validation
Troubleshooting of reported issues, including general triage & debug
Lead other junior test engineers on issue triage and debugging steps.
Coordination with key stakeholders from development teams, architects and test engineers for resolution of open issues
Work with architects on new proof-of-concept feature setup and validation execution
Collection and analysis of debug logs, analyzer logs including Logic Analyzer, USB Analyzer, PD Analyzer, and DP Aux Analyzer
Provide weekly status reports for reported issues and progress and validation progress report for proof-Of-Concepts features to distribute to relevant stakeholders.
