The ideal candidate will be a CPA with experience in public accounting and tax returns. As a Tax Manager for our firm, you are responsible for the efficient, accurate, complete, and timely completion of all clients tax returns or accounting work products.
The Tax Manager develops a thorough understanding of all tax or accounting services provided by our firm, links this understanding to client's needs and identifies opportunities to expand the scope of current engagements based on these needs. Tax Managers at our firm develop long-term relationships and networks both internally and externally. At least 7+ years of experience in public accounting, including at least 3 years of supervision of Tax and Senior Tax Professionals, with:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Taxation or Business Administration.
- Active CPA
- Advanced technical skills in a variety of tax and accounting areas, along with well-developed management and supervisory skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Dedication to teamwork and leadership.
