Position Summary This is a full-time position with day-to-day duties that include providing oversight in an Occupational, Health, and Safety setting. Your primary duties include oversight of Industrial Hygienists, Project Managers, and Technicians. You will be working closely with the Director of Consulting, Business Development, and Finance to ensure efficient and sustainable growth. Essential Duties and Major Responsibilities
- Establish a strong understanding of the business objectives, profit and loss, and EHS needs by developing relationships internally and externally to grow the business.
- Understand the business market and consulting market in California as well as Arizona, Colorado, and the Pacific Northwest
- Build, grow, and manage across multiple geographies.
- Engage key client stakeholders to ensure continued excellence in service delivery.
- Leads broad-based IH consulting project teams for clients and teams. Serves as an expert generalist, technical specialist management consultant, and/or sales professional.
- Oversees the design, development, implementation, and delivery of IH solutions.
- Creates and sustains positive client relationships and customer care to ensure a consistently high level of satisfaction.
- Is a technical expert in Industrial Hygiene (IH) and may have a national or regional reputation outside of NES within the area of expertise or has broad-based general senior-level expertise across multiple IH disciplines; or demonstrated expertise in management consulting or consultative selling.
- Is recognized within and outside of NES as a technical leader in a particular NES practice area.
- Ability to analyze and resolve difficult client problems in a proactive, professional, and diplomatic way.
- Must have strong technical and proposal (scoping and pricing) writing skills.

- Experience managing multiple consultants across a region with significant topline sales.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Consult with clients, preparing, soliciting, and marketing proposals for billable work.
- Development of operating procedures for the service line.
- Contributes to industry presentations and publications.

Experience
- 10 or more years of professional experience in consulting services.
- 5 or more years of prior supervisory experience.
- Previous consulting or business development experience, with demonstrated success in growing client accounts.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in occupational, Health, and Safety or Industrial Hygiene i s required .
- Advanced degrees and/or certifications (CIH, CSP, CAC) required.
Wage: Salary Range: $100,000 to $140,000
Travel: Up to 40% of travel
