This position is responsible for leading service and installation of beverage equipment in Eastern USA - All New England, Mid Atlantic and Southeast states including FL. Requires direct management of internal company technicians and all third party service providers within the assigned territory. Includes ensuring service capacity and capability supports all dispensed beverage platforms of Sunny Sky products and that TPSP billings are in line with work performed.

Major Job Functions

• Daily review of service/install call volume and ensure proper coverage/assignment of techs
• Review of equipment replacement requests to ensure volume matches equipment placed
• Review/approve/adjust third party billing invoices as needed
• Hire new technicians as needed or add new third party capacity to ensure proper coverage
• Look for ways for continuous improvement in SSP service offering. Capacity, Capability, Speed of Service

Required Skills/Abilities/Education

• Management background - 3- 5 years prior management experience
• Mechanical repair experience - prefer beverage equipment but will consider other
• Solid technical and problem solving skills - dealing in remote/over the phone discussions
• Computer skills - accessing data bases, inputting orders/ERF's, spreadsheets - need to be comfortable with heavy computer use
• Communication skills - verbal and written - most oversight and communication will be remote, so written and verbal communication is constantly required to manage remote- provide clear direction.
• After hour responsibility and availability as needed or called on
