Adecco Medical & Science is helping a local client in their search to hire a Full-Time Cath Lab Operating Room RN in Bradenton, FL.
Location: Bradenton, FL
Type: Temp to hire
Shift: 7am-3pm
Pay Rate: $35/hr to $45/hr based on years of experience.
Job Description: • Preparing patients before procedures.
• Assisting the surgeon during the surgical procedure
• Monitoring patients after the surgery, and discharging patients.
• Accurately records, labels, and handles specimens
• Can perform all duties of a Circulation room nurse
• Collaborates with other members of the surgical team to ensure efficient turn-around time between each procedure
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES: • In-depth knowledge of surgical operation procedures
• Highly skilled at assessing patients before surgery and providing them with perioperative care
• Experienced in intraoperative phase of surgery.
• Extensive knowledge of aseptic and sterile techniques
• Must be flexible, willing to assist with other departments as needed.
• Experience with Moderate Procedural Sedation in a plus
• Excellent organizational skills
REQUIREMENTS & PREFERENCES: • State-approved Registered Nurse (RN) required
• Certification as an Operating Room Nurse (CNOR) preferred
• At least 1+ year of experience
• Previous experience in Cath Lab, Electrophysiology, or Invasive Vascular experience preferred
• Exceptional knowledge of surgical instruments and equipment, as well as sterile techniques preferred
• Proficiency in recordkeeping and patient management systems, such as eHospital and PatientTrak preferred
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification required
• Current CPR Certification required

Pay Details: $35.00 to $45.00 per hour
