Job description

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of products
- Basic knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
- Ability to use judgment to analyze facts and determine necessary actions in relation to accounting
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Advanced computer skills
Responsibilities:
- This position is responsible for performing a variety of administrative functions related primarily to Accounts Receivable, Monthly Financials, Miscellaneous Invoicing and reconciliations
- Responsibilities include proper and timely input of data, processing invoices, balancing GL accounts, preparing spreadsheets, analyzing reports
- Works on special projects as assigned
- Works with the accounting team to ensure accuracy of the month end close
