Numerical Control Programmer 3

Company is looking for a Programmer L3 Contractor

Job Summary: provider of excellent and consistent path programming, provides robot support.

Numerical Control Programmer Responsibilities:
Path Programming
Path programming for new parts and seek improvements for old path programs.
Run each path program (in auto mode) virtually to verify before dry running.
Manually dry run path programs physically (only after running virtually)
Transfer program to the robot according to the most current Path Programming Configuration Control procedures (e.g. no direct robot transfer – rather transfer path as MTO, test fully, then certify it as a PRO path program within Configuration Control Management Software)
Record video simulation of path programs, on demand.

Support
Support operators, maintenance, and managers troubleshoot all issues with robots.
Communicate all changes and troubleshooting activity to Safety Focus for record.
Make video simulation available to all internal staff who inquire about a program.

Shifts: FIRST
The Numerical Control Programmer role is 100% ONSITE.

OT expected? YES - Open ask for the contractor, rather than it being a hard requirement .
