Job Overview:
We're on the hunt for a Vice President of Strategy with exceptional talent and a visionary mindset to helm our Media Planning and Strategy divisions. This pivotal role involves steering a dynamic team towards crafting, executing, and managing comprehensive media plans that accelerate our client's growth. You'll be the driving force behind innovative solutions, expertly navigating the needs of our clients, the agency, and your team for both immediate wins and long-term objectives. Reporting directly to the Senior Vice President of Strategy, you'll be a cornerstone of leadership within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary strategist for our client's business, managing all aspects of the designated lines of business.
Craft overarching strategy and manage the entire lifecycle of media plan development, from inception to execution.
Derive insightful target insights from client briefs to inform strategic recommendations, ensuring they're in sync with long-term ambitions.
Spearhead project and resource management for specific business units or subsidiaries.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the client's industry and competitive environment.
Lead client communications, nurturing positive, productive relationships.
Champion the adoption of state-of-the-art tools, techniques, and methodologies to align plan recommendations with client objectives and expected outcomes.
Deeply understand consumer-channel-technology interactions and advocate for this knowledge across internal teams.
Define the Strategy team's roles and responsibilities, providing vision, direction, management, and support.
Oversee team development, including training, workload management, delegation, and performance evaluation.
Facilitate connections with all pertinent stakeholders, internally and externally.
Lead content creation for all client presentations, serving as a key figure in leadership and development.
Engage in cross-departmental projects, contributing to team development and leadership.
Play an active role in expanding business opportunities, including participating in pitches for new business as needed.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
Over 10 years of experience in media planning.
Minimum of 5 years in a leadership role, with a strong preference for agency background.
Expertise in the entertainment sector is highly advantageous.
