Job description
We are partnering with our client, a leading Juice Manufacturing company based in Bradenton, Florida, as they continue to grow. We are looking for a talented Human Resources Manager to join their team on an interim basis.
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager with at least 8 years of Union experience to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee relations, workforce planning and succession planning.
Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
Manage employee relations issues, including investigations, conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Collaborate with the HR Director to support the implementation of HR programs and initiatives
Oversee workforce planning and talent management processes, including recruitment, onboarding and performance management
Support the HR Director in developing and implementing succession planning strategies
Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Ensure compliance with all federal, state and local employment laws and regulations
Human Resources Manager Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
At least 8 years of Union experience
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Strong organizational and time management skills
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
