Description WAGA Health Group is looking for a full-time licensed physical therapist to come work at our Waterfall Health facility as part of our in-house therapy program. This allows the therapy team to truly be integrated in the facility day-to-day operations and to provide the best possible patient care! Job Description:
This opportunity is for a full-time physical therapist assistant who is motivated and passionate about the adult and geriatric population. You would be servicing patients as an in-house therapist for a Milwaukee based SNF (Skilled Nursing Facility). This position would incorporate:
Implementing creative and functional treatment approaches backed by evidence- based research to better clinical outcomes
Demonstrating strong time management, flexibility, clinical judgement, and decision-making skills for patient evaluations
Participating and supporting growth in clinical development by completing patient screens
Developing the therapy caseload by utilizing effective communication to increase therapy presence and referrals within the communities
