We are a fast-growing apparel brand looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Embroidery and T-Shirt Production Specialist.
As an Embroidery and T-Shirt Production Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that every product is of the highest quality and meets company standards. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment that requires the candidate to work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Operate embroidery and screen-printing machines to produce high-quality, custom apparel.
- Design and develop custom embroideries and print designs as per the client's requirements.
- Participate in the prototype creation process and ensure designs conform to the client's specifications.
- Quality control checks products to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and standards.
- Perform maintenance tasks on machines and solutions to troubleshoot any machine issues.
- Manage inventory of production materials and supplies effectively.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Strong understanding of embroidery and screen-printing processes.
- Excellent skill in using design software such as Adobe Illustrator or Photoshop.
- Proven experience in a similar role or clothing production environment is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills for team collaboration and client interaction.
