WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Here’s what you can expect on a typical day:

• Use your words – You recognize the crucial role content plays in the interaction model, and you use words to create compelling, intuitive experiences. You’ll bring a track record of producing conversational, engaging content.
• Win as one – It’s more than just a slogan. You’ll come to the table to collaborate with product teams across the organization, and partner with UX Designers and Researchers to create the best user experience for our clients. You’ll bring experience with design tools like Figma and Miro.
• Share a passion for perfection – Yeah, it’s good, but you know it could be better. You test and iterate…and iterate…and iterate some more to make the experience the best it can be.
• Tell stories – You know that UX writing is more than isolated words on a screen. You’ll employ user journeys to solve complex design challenges through thoughtful leadership. Be an advocate – You’re the voice of the user! That voice is always in your head as you create clear, concise, conversational content in concert with the user experience.
• Get in the weeds – Create copy for everything from fields to buttons to pages to error messages and more! Deliver the product’s voice and tone from the inside out and make sure the message is consistent, easy to understand, and aligns with the product’s goals.
• Share what you know – Stay abreast of changing UX writing methods and technologies, as well as corporate, organization, and industry standards to ensure leading-edge interpretation and execution of design applications across all devices (desktop, mobile, watch). Contribute new ideas and standards along the way!
• Jump right in – Multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment. We promise you won’t be bored!

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

• A college degree is great but not required. What is more important is having the attitude, skills and experience to do the job. 
• UX Content Design
• UX Writing
• UX Writing certification is a plus

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity or commissions. We offer the following benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Matched Retirement Savings, Wellness Program, Short-and Long-Term Disability, Charitable Contribution Match, Holidays, Personal Days & Vacation, Paid Volunteer Time Off, and more. The compensation for this role is $60,500.00 – $162,000.00 / Year
