Job description
Hendersonville, NC manufacturer searching for an Entry-Level Machine Operator. This will be for an immediate interview and start. Adecco pays weekly- EVERY FRIDAY!
Position: Entry-Level Manufacturing Operator
Salary: $18.00 p/h to start. Increases upon learning new machinery.
Schedule: 1st shift; Mon-Fri from 7:00 – 3:30pm.
Requirements: No real experience necessary just a willingness and determination to learn and grow within. Looking for someone to learn different machines. Machanically inclined or previous manufacturing experience is a plus!
Job Duties:
Operates production lines in accordance with work instructions to produce quality product made within established specifications.
Essential Functions:
• Monitors the appearance of the product and takes the necessary corrective actions to maintain it within specifications. Properly fills out all records and reports, in accordance with applicable work instructions. Work at different workstations as production needs require.
• Manufacturing experience a plus
• Willingness to learn new machines and other operations related to the fabrication industry
• This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and climbing all day.
• Operator may frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
