Implementation, scaling, technology transfer, optimization, troubleshooting and management of active pharmaceutical ingredients manufacturing processes through strict compliance with policies, standards, procedures and safety requirements to ensure standardization, quality, safety, profitability and efficiency of the process. Preparation, execution and reporting of Cleanliness Validation exercises for equipment, utensils and clean areas.
Responsible for performing scale-ups, technology transfers, optimization of manufacturing processes and technologies to ensure quality, safety and productivity of the processes.
Responsible for the characterization, standardization and optimization of manufacturing process technologies to ensure process reliability, cost effectiveness and efficiency.
Design and adapt technology for new or existing processes to contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, as well as documents for their implementation such as: Reports and protocols Block diagrams, calculation memories and conceptual engineering.
Education: Degree in Chemical Engineering or Biochemical Engineering desirable with a Master's Degree in Chemical or Process Engineering.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position in chemical or pharmaceutical companies.
Skills:Systematic approach, leadership to implement projects related to technology transfer and regulations applicable to the pharmochemical industry. Extensive knowledge in matter and energy balances, fluid flow, unit operations, mass and energy transfer.
Language: Fluent English
