Are you a proficient and compassionate registered nurse interested in an exciting leadership role?
A Chemical Dependency Inpatient facility located in Brooklyn NY, 11212 is actively looking to hire a RN Supervisor to join their dynamic team of caring professionals. The Registered Nurse will coordinate provision of nursing services that reflect the nursing philosophy and standards according to ACIs policies and procedures.
Schedule:
· Evening and Night shifts
Requirements:
· Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
· Current RN license in the state of NY
· A minimum of two years experience in nursing
· Experience in substance abuse and/or mental health fields preferred
· Supervisory experience - a plus!
Responsibilities include:
· Assists staff to identify patient problems and effectively utilize other members of the health team to solve them.
· Identifies learning needs of staff.
· Assesses the changing needs of the patients during the shift and adjusts in assignments as appropriate.
Opportunity Perks:
· Competitive salary ranging $90,000-$100,000 annually. ( Based on experience)
