The base salary is 40K to 45K with a potential to earn up to 60+ with bonus and commissions .

Responsibilities

Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.

Sales Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls to generate leads and promote insurance products.

Policy Recommendations: Provide clients with tailored insurance solutions that best fit their requirements.

Customer Service: Assist clients with policy inquiries, claims processing, and policy changes.

Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

Licensing: Active insurance license required

Experience: Prior experience in insurance sales or a related field is a plus.

Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in policy documentation.

Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times.

Local Candidates: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Alexandria, Virginia.
