We provide a full range of pre-construction, construction, and consulting services to the commercial, educational, and industrial markets. We aggressively seek to improve the construction process through the use of state-of-the-art technology and sustainable construction.
- Prepares and coordinates quantity take-offs
- Communicates with sub-trades and suppliers to ensure an understanding of the scope of work
- Prepare conventional bids to the owner
- Prepare negotiated estimates for owners
- Assist in receiving and evaluating subcontractor and major material quotations prior to bid day and on bid day
- Solicits and maintains communication with subcontractors and vendors
- Transmits addenda and other bid information to subcontractors
- Ensures that we have the proper coverage from subcontractors on bid day
- Working with estimating team to strategize final bids
- B.A or B.S. in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience estimating for large projects ($50M - $200M)
- Knowledge of estimating software, engineering principles and construction principles
- Competitive Base Salary ($120k - $160k DOE)
