As a member of our Supply Chain group, the Supply Planning Analyst is responsible for balancing near term demand with an optimal short-range supply plan across a network of like facilities. The role focuses on schedule integrity, reducing freight spend and maximizing service, including entering and optimizing intercompany orders across specific product lines and plants. The analyst role will also facilitate that items are cross-qualified and setup within the manufacturing network to ensure we are able to move products and/or customers site to site. The Supply Planning Analyst will also provide analytical support to ensure the business needs are met. This position serves as the backup scheduler for specific facilities as needed as well as tactically managing any expedited orders that are escalated.

The Supply Planning Analyst will be directly involved in the deployment of Berry’s Finite Scheduling platform, Preactor, as well as the company’s Advance Supply Chain Planning system, Logility, to all sites not currently utilizing those systems. The role also requires expertise and experience in Supply Chain planning and scheduling tools as well as the ability to foster improvements and adoption of the tools.
