- Reviews and approves Capitalizations.
- Safety Recalls
- Track and monitor repairs
- Reviews all equipment repair expense over $2,500
- Production equipment
- AR fleet cars (as needed)
- Works as liaison between field and vendors on day-to-day Equipment problems and issues
- Troubleshooting
- Parts
- Service
- Processes and approves disposals as they are received and works with auction companies throughout
- Reviews all Altec invoices with Director and if approved sends to local offices to TAP.
- Annual inspections for fleet
- Aerial lift inspections throughout the company
- DOT Inspections
- Set up and track program.
- Works on Equipment disposals
- Processes disposals
- Manages EQ Portal for internal Available EQ to Transfer.
- Work with senior management of EQ to set up and organize and implement fleet management software. Work with that vendor and local offices to ensure maintenance items are being completed, monitor, and send out updates to local offices and division with regards to maintenance, compliance, and safety items.
- Review and understand data analytics as it pertains to the fleet.
- Be able to report to the Director of fleet.
- Help make informed decisions on health and status of fleet and replacement cycles
- Other duties and responsibilities that may be required
- Knowledgeable of Tree care equipment, parts, components, and functionality
- Must be organized and a self-starter.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft platforms like Excel and Teams
- Knowledge of DOT regulations
- CDL would be a plus.
- Background in safety would be a plus.
