The Entry-level Technician reports to the Team Lead, Print and Imaging Services. This is an entry-level position for the right person who is driven and teachable.  Communication, customer service and reliability are the keys to success in the position.  This person will be taught troubleshooting, repair, installing and upgrading of hardware, peripherals, and other telecommunication or instrumentation devices, as well as how to provide technical assistance and training to system users.

THIS IS AN ENTRY-LEVEL POSITION that will provide the right person an outstanding opportunity to learn from a great team while developing skills and experience as a professional Technician.

Ideal candidate

• Completion of High School Diploma.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Any personal printer experience and/or customer service experience
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
• Ability to take ownership and responsibility for problem resolution.
• Be part of a team working toward accomplishing a common goal.
• Work in a team or alone with minimal supervision.
• Ability to meet attendance standards and work the hours necessary to perform the essential functions of the job.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Maintain a positive attitude.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
