Job description
If you are a Systems Training Coordinator with experience in the legal space as either a paralegal, law clerk, or similar, please read on!
If you have previously been a Paralegal or Law Clerk with a firm and looking for a new dynamic role at a firm, this could be a great fit for you!Applicants that fill out the questionnaire will be prioritized in the review process. - Setup and training of new and existing employees in the use of legal case management, trial presentation and video-conferencing applications according to established firm policies and procedures
- Develop and maintain reference and training materials
- Create and maintain user training, performance, and compliance checklists
- Respond to and address user questions and training requests
- Keep apprised of all new software developments and coordinate user implementation
- Create and update document templates, task flows and deadline tracking
- Higher degree in Communications, IT, Paralegal, or related desired
- Prior work with case management systems, like Filevine
- Experience as a trainer, mentor, or leader that would translate to a role such as this one
