Schochet s is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant.
Essex Village and King’s Grant Apartments is a is a 200+ multi-family apartment community in North Kingstown, RI. The Administrative Assistant will provide office support to the Property Manager and other staff throughout the property.
Duties and Skills:
- Greet all management office guests, answering incoming calls, coordinating incoming and outgoing mail and ensuring all e-mails are responded to appropriately and in a timely manner.
- Assist in daily operation of the management office and administrative duties following established Company procedures and guidelines, including but not limited to data entry, filing, supply ordering and other assigned duties as needed.
- Accepts work order requests from residents and ensure their completion.
- Deposits rent checks and processes all invoices and vendor insurance certificates into property software.
- Effectively present the community, common areas, vacant apartments to prospects and demonstrate its features and benefits.
Prior office experience required, strong attention to detail, proficient in Microsoft Office and excellent customer service skills.
