[email protected] Unitek Technical Services provides supplier management, development, and related technical services to corporations around the world. Job Title: Part-time Aerospace Auditor Candidates must have:
- Quality audit experience to ISO 9001 and AS9100D.
- Verify compliance and effectiveness of suppliers quality system by performing supplier audits, surveys, and process walks.
- Work with suppliers with corrective actions and follow-up through implementation and verification. Acts as a liaison between the customer and supplier while resolving corrective action requests.
- Prepares audit reports reflecting quality performance and corrective action by analyzing data collected.
- Ensures corrective action is taken by following up with audited parties and substantiates findings with documentation.
- Must be knowledgeable in risk assessment and process capability.
Preferred by not required:
- Experience conductingspecial process audits in the aerospace industry for processes such as: heat treatment, passivation, plating, soldering, testing, welding, etc.
AdditionalRequirements:
- Candidates must complete a drug screening and criminal background check.
- W-2 Contract: Indefinite as needed
- Suppliers in the Chicago, IL area.
