Job Summary:

The Phototherapy Consultant will be accountable for achieving monthly sales targets by working closely with patients, helping them obtain phototherapy medical devices which have been prescribed by physicians. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, process oriented, possess excellent communication and listening skills, and display a natural sense of compassion for our customers. This role will be on-site at our Beachwood, Ohio headquarters, with eligibility for a hybrid work (1-2 days per week) schedule upon demonstrating the ability to meet performance expectations with consistency.

This role involves no-cold calling or prospecting and is well supported by an on-site team of dedicated insurance, customer service, and marketing specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

• Educate patients who have been prescribed National Biological phototherapy devices, and/or their prescribing physicians, on the features, benefits, and value of our products.
• Respond to patient and physician inquiries in a prompt and professional manner.
• Clearly and concisely convey information on the extent of insurance coverage to patients, setting expectations of their financial commitments.
• Maintain complete and accurate patient records within our CRM and MRP systems.
• Explain to and assist patients in completing all necessary paperwork to finalize the sale process.
• Educate customers on device set-up and operation to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and treatment outcome.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, providing input into their design and supporting their execution.
• In coordination with our accounting team, support collections on delinquent accounts as needed.

Requirements: 

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially comfortable on the phone.
• Fastidious attention to detail, highly organized, and ability to multi-task.
• Solid computer skills and ability to follow processes.
• Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times.
• Preferred: Previous experience in customer-facing roles.
• Preferred: Spanish fluency
