Job description

This is a Contract/Limited position. This appointment may be extended or converted to career status based on the needs of the department.

Reporting to the VC-CFO, Information Technology Services (ITS) delivers Enterprise information technology services to the University of California, San Diego (UCSD) under the leadership of the campus Chief Information Officer (CIO). DESCRIPTION

The Workplace Technology Services (WTS) provides campus wide services to faculty, staff and students. Primary services include Web Content and Case Management, Service Desk, Field Support, Business Intelligence & Analytics, Email & Messaging, Service Operations & Improvement, Endpoint & Software Asset Management, and Enterprise Document Management.

The Document and Case Management team is responsible for providing world class service through ongoing maintenance and development of systems and tools supporting case, document, and project management, collaboration, workflow, e-signature, and other processes and functions. This team will configure and support new and existing features for ITS, partners, and customers.

The Document Management Configuration Administrator will work on the team responsible for enterprise document management for the campus, primarily provided through Hyland OnBase. This product is the campus electronic document management system responsible for long-term organization and retention of files and records for a large variety of campus processes and needs.
