Job description
Aerotek is seeking to hire EVS attendants for the hospital in Bend. This role is full-time, pays $18.75 to start, and offers great benefits and long-term career opportunities with an established company in Central, OR. All candidates encouraged to apply, but prior cleaning experience is a huge plus.
Description:
Inspects assigned areas during shift for cleanliness and then makes proper corrections in order to ensure sanitation
Follows guidelines and job standards established by department management and hospital
Cleans toilets, basins, showers, bathtubs, walls, furniture, fixtures, doors, stairways, halls and other related interior furnishings by using appropriate cleaning supplies and procedures
Sweeps, cleans, mops, scrubs and dust floors of assigned areas
Transports, removes and disposes of soiled linen, trash and bio-medical waste appropriately. Removes empty boxes and places in appropriate designated areas
Maintains adequate stock of supplies in assigned areas and transports custodial supplies and equipment to and from storage and work areas
Operates, cleans and maintains equipment, cart, and industrial vacuums
Fosters and maintains positive working relationships and cooperative work environment with patients, guests, and other caregivers

Additional Skills & Qualifications:
3-6 months of prior cleaning/customer service experience
Ability to lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs occasionally
Must be punctual/reliable and able to work required hours and shifts
