Shift: 6:30am – 3:30pm

Pay Rate; $30.00 - $33.00 (Based on experience)

What’s a typical day as a Welder? You’ll be:

• Accountable for safety and encouraging safety program compliance.

• Attending project start-up and close-out meetings to review performance and contribute to best practices.

• Willing to work overtime hours as needed.

• Conducting yourself appropriately and professionally.

• Focused on efficiency and continuous improvement.

• Reading blueprints and utilizing standard measuring equipment.

• Performing TIG welding with average radius tolerance of 1/16.

• Conducting custom fabrication.

• Reviewing drawings and work orders.

• Setting up and operating welding machines.

• Conducting tests to evaluate weld quality and tolerance.

• Assisting with machinery and equipment repairs.

• Planning and performing diverse hand and machine welding operations.

• Maintaining a clean and orderly work area.

• Complying with all company rules and regulations.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Have a minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.

• Have 3 to 5 years of previous welding experience.

• Have thin wall welding experience (preferred).

• Have manual dexterity and stability for precision work.

• Have the ability to see details at close range.

• Have the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.

• Have the ability to traverse facilities and machinery.
