Department: North 5 (Psych)Job Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Behavioral Health, the Program Coordinator oversees the group therapy program and group facilitators. The Program Coordinator fulfills both direct clinical/group work and administrative responsibilities. The Program Coordinator supports the Director in the allocation of financial and human resources for the group program with the goal of delivering a patient experience that is trauma-informed, patient-centered, evidence-based and of the highest quality.
Minimum Qualifications:
â—Education
⚬Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, Expressive Therapy, Art Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology, Social Work or related field required.
â—Experience
⚬ 2-3 years of individual and group therapy experience required.
⚬Inpatient behavioral health experience preferred.
â—Licensure and/or Certification
⚬Current Massachusetts licensure in specialty preferred.
⚬BLS healthcare provider required.
⚬CPI achieved within 30 days of hire required.
