About Us:

The Team:

You will lead a rapidly growing team of 50 employees within a dynamic industry. Supported by seasoned executives and industry experts, including former CEOs and specialized officers, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's success.

The Role:

As the CFO / COO, you will oversee both financial and operational aspects of the business, ensuring efficiency, growth, and sustainability. Your responsibilities will include:

Operating Officer (55%):

Managing the supply chain to optimize costs and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Forecasting and planning inventory to effectively deploy working capital.
Driving continuous cost savings initiatives and fostering a culture of efficiency.
Developing and refining operational systems and standard procedures to support company growth.
Supervising technical support and operations teams to enhance customer satisfaction and product quality.
Financial Officer (30%):

Leading budgeting processes and financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Managing cash flow, vendor payments, and tax liabilities.
Overseeing the accounting team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Business Development (15%):

Developing strategies for company growth and capital formation.
Cultivating relationships with suppliers and stakeholders worldwide.
Who You Are:

Experienced in e-commerce operations, preferably in both B2B and DTC environments.
Proficient in supply chain management and financial leadership.
A proven leader with a track record of building and motivating successful teams.
Entrepreneurial mindset with strategic vision and execution capabilities.
Highly collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
Excellent communicator and problem solver, committed to meeting customer needs.
Empathetic and able to build trusting relationships with stakeholders.
Action-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Bachelor's degree in business administration or engineering preferred; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.
Digitally fluent with proficiency in cloud-based tools.
Salary & Benefits:

Base salary: $160,000 to $180,000 depending on experience.
Bonus incentive plan based on company performance.
Four weeks of paid time off (PTO) annually, increasing with tenure.
