We are seeking dedicated Real Estate Sales Associates in Fremont, CA who are highly motivated and enthusiastic about simplifying the home buying and selling process. Responsibilities:
- Practice scripts for lead conversion.
- Handle in-call inquiries about homes for sale and schedule showings.
- Receive buyer and seller appointments from the Inside sales department.
- Make outbound calls to a large database of leads for nurturing and booking consultations.
- Attend buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and convert them to a signed client.
- Host Weekend Open Houses to obtain buyer and seller prospects.
- Negotiate transactions and monitor the escrow process to ensure a successful close.
- Keep up with the local real estate market knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community.
- Attend weekly meetings and training.
- Attend local and national conferences to expand your real estate skills, knowledge, and network.
Qualifications:
- Full-time position only (no part-time).
- Must have a Valid California Real-estate license.
- Must have a Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car.
- Willing to learn and desires growth personally and professionally.
- Knows basic computer skills.
- Team player and willing to help other team members to achieve common goals.
